What are PRE-ORDER orders?

PRE-ORDER orders are our online made-to-measure service applied to the COUTURE and ATELIER collections.

PRE-ORDER orders are made exclusively for you individually with the selected size and equivalent to the measurements indicated in our SIZE GUIDE. If your measurements do not match a standard size, we will make it with your measurements, changes, and preferences.

The delivery times for PRE-ORDER items vary between 21 days and 120 days depending on each model and are indicated on the product sheets. The delivery time of the order will be as established in the purchase process.

SHIPPING TYPES

• Standard Shipping:  Delivery within 3-6 business days. Free shipping for Spain (Except Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
• PRE-ORDER Shipping: Delivery within 21-90 business days
• Send to a Boutique: Pickup within 3-6 business days except for PRE-ORDER items. You will receive an email as soon as the order is available.

RETURNS
