HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM ships to Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and more than 40 destinations in the world. If your country is not included in our list, you can write to us at INFOSHOP@HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM and we will help you.

delivery times

The delivery time for standard shipments is from 3 to 6 working days, except for orders for items marked PRE-ORDER. Delivery times for PRE-ORDER items vary between 21 days and 90 days depending on each model. The deadlines for PRE-ORDER items are indicated in the product sheets. The delivery time of the order will be established in the purchase process. The dates established in the orders are indicative and any type of delay caused by delays in the authorization of payment, logistical problems or causes of force majeure has not been taken into account.

Order tracking

When you ship your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number along with the estimated delivery date. You will also receive a link to the carrier in charge of your order so that you can consult it at any time and agree on delivery with them, change the address, etc. Remember that couriers do not contact by phone before making the delivery. If you wish, you can check the status of your order in the "My orders" section of your user account. Please note that the link may take a few days to display information.

Shipping costs

For orders of any collection, shipping to mainland Spain is free. Outside of mainland Spain, the shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination, they are reflected in the articles, and you can view them at the end of the purchase process. For those products in which shipping is not free or the destination is another, you can obtain the cost of the same by indicating the country, state or province and postal code, as shown in the purchase process. Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination country and in the particular case of Spain, all our products include VAT in force at any time.

Shipping costs for refundable good cause returns are always free. It doesn't matter if you have paid shipping costs or not, refundable good cause returns are always free. Shipping costs for returns for other reasons are not refundable.

If you require an urgent express delivery service, please contact us. Please note that express services incur an additional cost, are non-refundable, and are not available for some postcodes.

Delivery conditions

At HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM we offer the shipping and return of our orders through the MRW logistics operators. GLS or TYPSA. The transport company will deliver the package to your home or to the address that you indicate. The carrier will make two delivery attempts on consecutive business days. If it does not locate you at the delivery address, it will leave the package at the office of the transport company so that you can pick it up within the next 7 days. You can access the information of your order and the delivery attempts of the carrier through the tracking link.

Multiple Order Shipments

It is considered a multiple order if you order several items from different collections. These will probably arrive separately in different packages and on different dates. The items that are first prepared for shipment will arrive before the rest. When this happens, we will notify you in advance. For each package you will receive a confirmation email with its corresponding tracking link.

Information about damaged packages and defective items

We are very sorry if any of your items did not reach you in perfect condition. If, once the product has been reviewed, any anomaly is detected, you must notify us within two days of receipt. Please contact us immediately by email SHOP-SERVICE@HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM or contact us directly by WhatsApp through the customer service phone number +34 683.10.73.18. As soon as you contact us, we will send you a form that you must fill out with all the information about the defect in the item. Please remember that you have a maximum of 48 hours to inform us and that it is important to carry out this procedure so that we can process your request as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to accept any return.
