Where do we ship?

HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM ships from mainland Spain to the Balearic Islands, the Canary archipelago, Ceuta, Melilla, and more than 50 destinations worldwide. If your country is not included in our list, you can write to us at INFOSHOP@HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM and we will help you.

Delivery times

The delivery time for standard shipments is 3 to 6 business days except for orders of items marked PRE-ORDER. Delivery times for PRE-ORDER items vary between 21 and 90 days depending on each model. The delivery times for PRE-ORDER items are indicated on the product sheets. The delivery time of the order will be as established in the purchase process. The dates set in the orders are indicative and do not take into account any delays caused by payment authorization delays, logistical problems, or force majeure.

Order tracking

When we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number along with the estimated delivery date. You will also receive a link from the carrier responsible for your order so you can check it at any time and arrange delivery with them, change the address, etc. Remember that couriers do not call before making the delivery. If you wish, you can check the status of your order in the “My Orders” section of your user account. Please note that the link may take a few days to show information. 

Shipping costs

For orders from any collection, shipping to mainland Spain is free. Outside mainland Spain, shipping costs depend on size, weight, and destination, are reflected in the items, and you can view them at the end of the purchase process. For those products where shipping is not free or the destination is different, you can obtain the cost by providing us with the country, state or province, and postal code, as shown in the purchase process. Taxes are calculated based on the destination country, and in the particular case of Spain, all our products include the VAT applicable at any given time.

Shipping costs for returns due to justified refundable reasons are always free. It does not matter if you have paid shipping costs or not; returns for justified refundable reasons are always free. Shipping costs for returns for other reasons are non-refundable.

 If you require an urgent express shipping service, please contact us. Keep in mind that express services have an additional cost, are non-refundable, and are not available for some postal codes.

Delivery conditions

At HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM we offer shipping and returns of our orders through the logistics operators MRW, GLS, CTT, or TYPSA. The shipping company will deliver the package to your home or to the address you provide. The carrier will make two delivery attempts on consecutive business days. If they cannot find you at the delivery address, they will leave the package at the shipping company's office so you can pick it up within the next 7 days. You can access your order information and the carrier's delivery attempts through the tracking link.

Multiple order shipments

An order is considered multiple if you order several items from different collections. These will likely arrive separately in different packages and on different dates. The items that are ready for shipment first will arrive before the rest. When this happens, we will notify you in advance. For each package, you will receive a confirmation email with its corresponding tracking link.

Information about damaged packages and defective items

We are very sorry if any of your items have not arrived in perfect condition. If, upon inspection, any anomaly is detected in the product, you must inform us within two days of receipt. Please contact us immediately at the email SHOP-SERVICE@HANNIBALLAGUNA.COM or contact us directly via WhatsApp through the customer service phone number +34 683.10.73.18. As soon as you get in touch with us, we will send you a form that you must fill out with all the information about the defect the item has. Please remember that you have a maximum of 48 hours to inform us and that it is important to complete this process so that we can manage your request as soon as possible, otherwise, we will not be able to accept any returns.
