What are PRE-ORDER orders?

PRE-ORDER orders are our online custom tailoring service applied to the COUTURE and ATELIER collections.

PRE-ORDER orders are made exclusively for you individually with the selected size and equivalent to the measurements indicated in our SIZE GUIDE . In the event that your measurements do not match a standard size, we will make it with your measurements, changes and preferences.

Delivery times for PRE-ORDER items vary between 21 days and 90 days depending on each model and are indicated on the product sheets. The delivery time of the order will be the one established in the purchasing process.

SHIPPING TYPES

• Standard Shipping:  Delivery within 3-6 business days. Free shipping to Spain (Except the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
• PRE-ORDER Shipping: Delivery within 21-90 business days
• Send to a Boutique: Pickup within 3-6 business days except for PRE-ORDER items. You will receive an email as soon as the order is available.

RETURNS
